The ARtist is a project that aims to change the perspective of the passive viewer by including him into the action with Augmented Reality, in this case a concert of his favorite band.

The viewer can join the band on stage by putting on a helmet with a tablet, speakers and a webcam inside. The instrument he chooses to play will sound louder, just like in real life. He can also look at the other instruments to activate the different band members via AR tags. In conclusion, the ARtist uses technology to create a real life stage experience!

Music has been a running theme throughout my career. But the prove is in the pudding: in this case in PProadie, an interactive game I worked on for Pukkelpop.
